Vegetarian snacks are full of vitamins, minerals and fiber. This snack offers a delicious combination of cucumber, capers, fresh tomatoes, accompanied by mushroom salad.

Ingredients:
-quarter of a baguette with black seeds
-quarter of a cucumber
-Susan
-Capers
-dried tomatoes in oil
-cherry tomatoes
-parsley
-lemon
-salt

Cut the cucumber into thin slices and marinate in olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, sesame seeds and salt.

Cut the baguette and spray it with olive oil, then sprinkle the chopped capers and sundried tomatoes.

Put slices of cucumber. Sprinkle sesame over the sandwich. Decorate the dish with cherry tomatoes, parsley and sesame.

You can serve with a salad of mushrooms.
