  Veal tenderloin - Sicily style

The veal steak with mozzarella and raw ham, served with a Sicilian olive sauce, is a true pleasure for all those interested in a healthy and tasty meal.

Ingredients:
- 2 fillets of veal tenderloin
- 2 slices of mozzarella or yellow cheese
- 4 slices of raw ham
- mashed tomatoes
- 200 gr of black olives without seeds
- 2 spoons of capers
- 300 gr of fresh mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic
- boiled green beans
- olive oil
- salt, pepper, savory
- salad leaves, lemon - for decoration


Wash thoroughly the veal tenderloins. Pound them and spice them with pepper and savory. Don't put any salt before grilling them.


Separately, temper the boiled green beans with a minced clove of garlic, for 2-3 minutes.


Prepare the Sicilian sauce: temper the mushrooms in a bit of olive oil with garlic, then add the olives, the capers and in the end the tomatoes juice.




Grill the veal tenderloins on the hot griller for 2-3 minutes on each side.


In the last minute, cover each steak with a think slice of yellow cheese, which will melt over the steak.


Arrange the serving plate: in a corner place green salad with olive oil and lemon, in the other one place the green beans over a slice of raw ham and in the middle place the veal tenderloin with the melted yellow cheese. Please a slice of raw ham over the steak.


Pour the Sicilian sauce over the steak and enjoy!
