Potato turrets with cream cheese is a simple but festive appetizer. Along with lettuce, can be a full dinner, especially if you are on a diet. Blue potatoes are ideal for this combination, but if you don’t have, you can use the classic ones.
Ingredients:
-few blue potatoes
-cream cheese
-parsley, dill, green mint
-lettuce

Boil whole potatoes in and then peel them.

Mix cheese with fresh chopped herbs, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper.

Cut boiled potatoes into slices.

Place layers of potatoes and cheese, making a few turrets.

Serve with lettuce.
