  Special whole wheat rolls

Categories:  Vegetarien Recipes / Bread /

I recommend you a recipe for rolls prepared with whole wheat with seeds, made with a special setting of paprika. They are very fluffy, tasty, and when you cut them they looks splendid. What is most interesting is that you can eat these rolls without too much remorse as they are very healthy and don’t make you fat (obviously consumed in reasonable amounts).

Ingredients:
-500 grams of whole wheat with seeds
-300 ml warm water
-half a package of dry yeast
-1-2 tablespoons olive oil
-a tablespoon of apple vinegar
-a pinch of salt
-paprika

Mix flour with dry yeast.

Gradually add warm water and stir until you get an elastic dough. Add oil and vinegar and continue to stir for a few minutes.

The dough should be elastic and not sticky.

Cover bowl with a clean towel and let dough rise about an hour.

When doubled in volume is ready for cooking.

Divide dough into several balls, stretch them and dust them with paprika.

Then shape each disc into a ball.

Bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes and then again at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes until nicely brown.

And now the section. Soft and colorful.

Enjoy!
