Spaghetti Carbonara

The Italian pasta is extremely tasty, no matter how you cook it. The spaghetti carbonara are not ideal for a diet, but they're so tasty that you can indulge every now and then.
Unlike most of the pasta recipes, the Carbonara recipe does not have tomatoes juice and instead it has a white, sour cream, sauce.
Ingredients:
- 250g wheat spaghetti
- one spoon of butter
- 200g bacon
- 200ml sour cream
- one egg
- 2 cloves of garlic
- mozarella and parmesan (optional)
Boil the spaghetti in water with salt and bit of olive oil. The secret of your success when cooking pasta is the boiling "al dente" (the spaghetti must remain a bit hard). To obtain "spaghetti al dente" you'll need to boil them 1-2 minutes less than what's written on the box.
Drain the spaghetti and rinse them in cold water. Let them sloop well. Rinse the bacon in a spoon of butter. Add also the crushed garlic.
When the bacon is slightly parched, add the boiled spaghetti.
Spread salt and pepper based on your taste and then mix them well.
Whisk the egg and add it over the spaghetti.
Now, take 2 forks and mix the spaghetti with the egg so that the egg gets through the entire composition. Continue until the entire egg is absorbed. Add the sour cream and continue to mix from the exterior to the interior using the forks.
When the sour cream sauce is thick, add mozarella and stop the fire.
Mix also the mozarella until it's almost fully melted.
They are served hot, with parmesan and pepper.
Buon appetito!
