  Salmon oven baked in hot olive sauce

One of the fastest and most delicious salmon recipes is the one oven-baked with hot sauce. The olives and the capers complete the Mediterranean picture, next to the savory, lemon and olive oil.

Ingredients:
- one piece of salmon
- one can of mashed tomatoes
- one lemon
- one small can of olives without seeds
- 3 spoons of capers
- savory
- salt, pepper, hot pepper
- several cloves of garlic


Anoint a ceramic tray with olive oil and place the washed fish in it. The sprinkle the lemon juice over the salmon, spice it with salt, pepper and savory. Add the mashed tomatoes, the capers and the olives. Mince the garlic and the hot pepper and spread them over the salmon. Put the tray in the oven (heated at 200 degrees Celsius).


It's ready in about 20 minutes. When serving, add fresh lemon juice, for a slightly more sour taste.
