This salad has firmer leaves, the texture is a combination between cabbage and lettuce and has the advantage that it does not soften and maintains its shape. You can combine it with whatever you want; I chose a chromatic game of lettuce, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and fresh basil leaves. Sprinkle the salad with a simple dressing of olive oil and lemon juice and serve immediately.
