“Salmon a la Provence” is one of the most simple and delicious salmon recipes. Is ready in a few minutes, is light and healthy and its flavoured bouquet makes it very attractive.
Ingredients:
-2 fresh salmon fillets
-a clove of garlic
-2 tablespoons provence mixture (rosemary, thyme, tarragon, marjoram, lavender)
-olive oil
-a lemon
-garnish: lettuce, potatoes, parsley
Preheat 2 tablespoons olive oil, add a clove of crushed garlic (for flavour) add salmon fillets, sprinkle with salt and provencal spices.

Put the lid over the pan, cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then turn it on the other side and leave for another 3-5 minutes (depending how thick the fish meat is).

Serve with boiled potatoes with olive oil and parsley as garnish. Add a mixed salad.

You can serve it with red lettuce, if you want to add some color.

Sprinkle salmon fillets with fresh lemon juice and a tablespoon of chopped parsley just before serving.
