  Potatoes a la Provence

Categories:  French Recipes / Potatoes Recipes / Side dishes /

Baked potatoes, provencal style, are very flavourful and delicious. The mix of Dijon mustard with sour cream offers a fine and elegant note and the flavour of the aromatic bouquet brings a pleasant and attractive fragrance.
Ingredients:
-potatoes
-150 ml cream
-2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
-salt, pepper
-dried provencal herbs
-1-2 cloves of garlic
-olive oil

Wash potatoes, clean, peel and cut them into 4 cubes (quarters).
Mix sour cream with mustard, salt, pepper, ground garlic and 2 tablespoons of provencal herbs.

Mix potatoes with sour cream sauce.

Grease a pan with little olive oil. Add potatoes and sauce.

Bake at 180 degrees for 30-45 minutes, until brown and soft (check with fork if ready).

Ideal as garnish for steak.

Enjoy!
