Pork chops with thyme and wine sauce

Categories:  Main Courses / Pork Recipes /

The pork chops flavored with thyme and garlic in wine sauce are really delicious. The recipe is easy and fast and the result will be at its best.
Ingredients:
-4 pork chops
-fresh or dried thyme
-salt and pepper
-spicy barbecue seasoning (optional)
-dried chili pepper
-fresh or dried garlic
-one small glass of white or rose wine
-small amount of smoked kaiser ( optional)

Wash the meat and spice it with salt, pepper, thyme and the rest of the seasoning. Add the wine and then marinate the pork chops for one hour.
Heat olive oil and add the smoked kaiser (it will give a really good flavor to the sauce)

Once the smoked kaiser is cooked and slightly browned, take it out of the pan and put it aside in a plate. Then add the pork chops.

Put the pan back on high heat with the cap on. Cook 1 minute on each side.

Add marinade and kaiser and partially cover with lid. Let simmer a few minutes at high heat until sauce reduced.

Serve hot.

Ideally served with mashed potatoes ( not a diet mix )

Sauerkraut salad with oil and paprika is very suitable for this dish.

Enjoy!
