  Pineapple Canapé with salmon fume, mango and avocado

If you want a very quick exotic recipe, easy and very effective, then this starter is ideal for you.
 
Colorful and fancy, the canapé in the tropical version surprises with an inventive combination of flavors.
 
Ripe pineapple, fragrant and juicy is ideal to create different types of canapé, but the combination of smoked salmon brings out the best of both ingredients.
Dare to capture with this combination! You will not regret it.

What do we have to do to make these interesting canapé? Just to know how to choose exotic ingredients. All should be well baked, because it's the only way you can feel their true taste.
 
Pineapple should not have green skin at all (it means it's not ripe), it should be hard and smell fragrant. It shouldn't be soft to pressure (it means it's too ripe).
Avocados should be soft to the touch, but not exaggerated. The best is when after you finger pressure, it forms a well and then returns to its original shape.
Mango is delicious if it is ripe. It should have red-yellow skin (or red with little green), to be soft-elastic to pressure, and fragrant.

With these delicious exotic fruits we will make a festive appetizer (for lent too, for the days when you can eat fish).
 
Clean the pineapple and cut it into slices. Slice the salmon and sprinkle it with lime or lemon juice.
 
Remove the core of avocado and sprinkle it immediately with lemon. Same with the mango slices (not to oxidize).
 
Place other ingredients on the pineapple and serve immediately.
