Do you think pizza can’t be included in a dietary menu? Ok, the present recipe is not traditional pizza, but smells, looks and tastes like pizza, so it's a special omelet. Whether you want to make someone a nice surprise, or you are on a dissociated diet and can enjoy without remorse of serving it, this omelet pizza is a solution to any of the three meals of the day (mentioning however that it is better that a dinner does not contain eggs, unless the dinner is very early, at around 17).
The secret lies in flavoring the beaten eggs with dried oregano. It will smell so strong that you will really think that you eat pizza.
But let's get to facts. Beat 4 eggs, add a pinch of salt and dried oregano. Mix well until the composition is smooth.
Take a pancake pan (or a larger non-sticky pan). Heat very little olive oil (grease the pan) and pour the beaten eggs. Reduce heat to medium to minimum (not to burn the dodge and oregano flavor to develop slowly), cover with a lid and leave it for a few minutes. When it's almost done, add thin slices of mozzarella, slices of ham with olives and what you like.

Add a few slices of fresh tomatoes. Put the lid again and wait a bit to melt the mozzarella. Meanwhile the cooking is completed.

Prepare a few basil leaves and decorate the omelet pizza with them, after you had put it in the plate.
Bon appetit!
