This recipe can be interesting for those on a diet or who don’t eat lamb.
Mushroom roulade with mozzarella is very easy to cook, tasty and nourishing.
Mozzarella filling is a nice surprise for your taste buds. There's no doubt about it.
This appetizer is served cold, although there are some people who prefer it a little warm (depends on taste).
Ingredients:
- a box of mushrooms
- green onions
- dill
-parsley
-2 tablespoons of flour (I used soy)
-1 - 2 eggs (depending on size)
-salt and pepper
-4 tablespoons of cream cheese pearls
- mozzarella
Chop the mushrooms, mix them with dill and parsley, green onions, flour and sweet cheese.
Add the beaten eggs and stir.
Place half of the compositon in tray and add mozzarella (thick slices).
Place the rest of the composition on top and put tray in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
Allow mushroom roulade to cool at room temperature.
Remove from tray when cooled.
Serve cold.
Cut the roulade to reveal the mozzarella filling.
Easy and particularly to taste.
Enjoy!
