  Mango lassi recipe

Lassi is a yogurt-based drink, traditional in India and Pakistan. Refreshing and exotic, it is perfect for summer afternoons, to be satisfied and entertained. Prepare it in the salted version (of yogurt, still water, salt and Indian spices) or sweet version (with fruit, lemon juice, sugar and various spices).
Mango lassi is one of the most famous versions; the main ingredient is obviously the well ripe mango fruit.

Ingredients:
-500 gr yoghurt (I used soy, but you can use the classic milk)
-a large mango fruit
-juice of half a lemon
-sugar (optional)
-a pinch of cardamom powder
-a glass of still water


Clean the mango and remove the core. Cut it into pieces. Immediately sprinkle with lemon juice, not to oxidize.


Put all the ingredients in blender and mix.


Serve immediately.
