  Grilled salmon with lemon and tahini sauce with fresh spinach, nuts and sesame salad

This sophisticated and elegant combination of nutrients is very healthy. Salmon, fresh and tender spinach, walnuts, lemon, soy sauce and sesame paste creates a combination designed to reinvigorate, to improve your health and skin. Thermal preparation is extremely low, so salmon will remain juicy and tender and the rest of the ingredients are used natural to help as much as possible the body's detoxification process.
Recipe is ideal for those who want to eat something refined, but also very healthy.
Ingredients:
-a salmon peeled fillet
-a lemon
-a tablespoon of light soy sauce
-a teaspoon of olive or peanut oil
-a tablespoon of red wine vinegar
-2 tablespoons of tahini paste (sesame)
-2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
-2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
-salt, pepper
-young, raw spinach


Wash salmon, drain it and sprinkle salt and pepper over it.


Grease grill with a little oil, heat it and then place salmon on grill.


Prepare the tahini sauce. Mix one tablespoon soy sauce with 2 tablespoons of tahini, juice of half a lemon, a teaspoon of peanut oil (or olive), a tablespoon of vinegar.


Spread the mix over salmon while roasting.


After approx. 5 minutes turn salmon and reduce heat to a minimum.


Meat is ready when meat becomes white.


Turn fish again and sprinke lemon juice (from the other half of the lemon ).


Then turn the fish on the first side, sprinkle with lemon and turn of heat. The juice sprinkle at the end is good for rehidrating meat and making it fragile. It's good when you fry meat to partially cover grill with lid.


Stir raw spinach, washed and drained, with nuts, tahini and lemon sauce.


Sprinkle fish with sauce, add spinach and walnut salad as garnish, sprinkle white sesame seeds over the entire preparation, as a final note of elegance.
