Drinking first thing in the morning a natural juice - that means good health! It's a habit that once you will learn, you will not forget, because it will give you a strong good feeling and freshness! Whether you directly squeeze the fruits or opt for a smoothie, you will offer yourselves the best gift.

Today we have a delight with nectarines, green apple, lemon and green wheat.


Wash all the ingredients, cut the fruit into cubes, squeeze the lemon and put them in a blender. Add a cup of cold still water.


Mix for approximately 40 seconds. Enjoy immediately!
