  Fruit tart with soft mascarpone cream "Luxurious Fruit Tart "

Because this tart is very special then the ornament has to be the same. I offer you a taste of this tart, rose petal, especially made to pamper you.
The magic combination between ripe fruits, the flavor of summer perfectly contrast with the fresh and delicate mascarpone cream with an elegant taste of pears. It is a dessert designed to bring a ray of sunshine in your life. It’s a little pampering for you and everyone you love!

Ingredients:
-tart dough
-3 ripe and flavored golden apple
-apricot jam
-a pear
-a banana (optional)
-mascarpone


Place dough in pan, puncture it with a fork in several places. Spread apricot jam.


Peel apples, sprinkle them with lemon juice (will remain white, will not rust). Arrange apple slices in the shape of a flower.


Place tart in the oven at 180 degrees, approx. 30 minutes, until golden brown.
Meanwhile prepare the cream. Mix mascarpone with 3 tablespoons apricot jam (or orange marmalade).


Add pear cut into cubes. Stir. Cubes can be bigger because it will be incredibly nice when you will feel their soft flavor.


Allow tart to cool.


Note that the apples are light-colored. Lemon effect is guaranteed.


Decorate cooled tart with mascarpone cream.


You can decorate with banana slices. Fits perfectly with the flavor of this summer fruit tart.


It is a dessert that says: "I want you!"...
