Italian Frittata is a fluffy and thick omelet, full of delicious ingredients that give a special flavor.
Today we make a frittata with smoked muscle, cherry tomatoes and oregano, ideal for a casual lunch with a salad of greens and vegetables.
Beat 4 eggs well, mix with a teaspoon of dried oregano. Fry the diced bacon in a tablespoon of olive oil, pour the beaten eggs and reduce heat to medium. Put a lid. Frittata will swell and will not burn. When it's almost done, add the cherry tomatoes cut in half.

Enjoy your meal!
