  Fried Dorado fish with yogurt and mint sauce

Royal Dorado is a marine fish, well known in the Mediterranean Sea and in the Atlantic.
Fried Dorado fish is such an easy recipe, but the flavor is unbelievable. This unique combination of fried fish and the savory lemon-mint yogurt sauce brings the special taste of the Mediterranean cuisine.

Ingredients:
-3 Dorado fishes cleaned
-flour
-olive oil
-salt
-fresh green mint
-yogurt
-one lemon
-green lettuce and tomatoes

First of all, wash the fishes very well and drain.


Then sprinkle salt over the Dorado fishes and let them stay approximative 20 minutes.


Cut the skin of each fish and powder the whole fish with flour. Fry the fish in olive oil, medium heated.


After 5-6 minutes, turn the fish on the other side. It is ready when is nicely browned on each side.


Transfer the fish in plate, pour some lemon juice over.
Combine 150ml yogurt, one tablespoon of olive oil, the juice from half a lemon, a sprinkle of salt and 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped mint.


Pour the sauce over the fish and serve immediately.
Garnish with a fresh green salad and some tomatoes.
