One of the most interesting combinations of marinated chicken is the exotic one with coconut, lime and curry. The fragrant and spicy sauce will give the baked chicken an incomparable flavor. It's a great recipe; I recommend it for dinners or celebrations.
The effort to achieve this marvel is minimal, but the result is spectacular. You will not fail, for sure!
The whole chicken with golden crust, mysterious and exciting spicy flavor, will give a show of exotic, culinary entertainment, a sensory experience with Asian accents.
Ingredients:
-1 whole chicken (smaller, without too much fat)
-2-3 tbsp grated coconut
-1 lime
-3-4 tablespoons curry powder
-1 curry leaf (optional)
-2-3 cloves of garlic
-2 tbsp Dijon mustard is (preferably with coconut and curry flavor, but the classic one also works)
-1 glass of milk (if you want to intensify the coconut flavor, put coconut milk)

So, the star mélange is: curry + coconut + lime + garlic + mustard.

First make the marinade. Mix the coconut with the milk, the mustard and the curry powder.

Squeeze the lime.

Now add the curry leaf (for added flavor). If not, just put curry powder. Leaf looks like:

Break it and add into mixture. Add the grated lime zest.

Finally, add the ground garlic and salt and pepper to taste.

Wash the chicken well, let it drain a little and add it to the marinade.

Cover the dish with foil and let the food in the refrigerator for 3 hours. If the sauce does not cover the chicken, then roll it over after an hour and a half.

Finally, heat the oven to 160 degrees. Place the chicken and the marinade in a ceramic dish and put it in the oven, on medium heat.

After 45 minutes, is already slightly browned. The sauce in the tray has thickened. Grease the chicken with the sauce from the pan, to form a spicy crust.

Put the chicken again in the oven for another 20-30 minutes, until it is beautifully brown.

Serve decorated with slices of fresh lime, parsley or coriander and the delicious sauce.

It is a delight of flavors; I invite you to taste it!

Enjoy it!
