Fried chicken with flavored herbs and spices is an easy recipe for a quick dinner. Along with a blue potato salad, a few green salad leaves and a cheese sauce with herbs, you have a colorful and appetizing menu.
Ingredients:
-chicken breast
-fresh herbs (dill, mint, oregano, parsley)
-salt, pepper, paprika
-3 garlic cloves

Boil chicken breast in water with salt for 10 minutes. Then remove them and sprinkle pepper and paprika over them.
Preheat 3 tablespoons olive oil, add smashed garlic and cook at low heat.

Add chicken cut into strips.

Cook for a few minutes until nicely golden brown.

Add chopped herbs, stir well and turn of heat.
Serve with potato salad (slice boiled potatoes and mix with salt, oil and vinegar), a few green leaves and a cream cheese sauce mixed with a little sour cream and flavored herbs.
