  Chicken with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes in lime sauce

The chicken recipe with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes in lime sauce is a genuine Italian dish: fresh and intense taste, combination of seductive flavours, Mediterranean heat and, last but not least, ... it has the colors of Italy.

If you want a bit of culinary seduction, use an Italian recipe. Surely you will not mistake! Dominated by the heat of the sun, caressed by the cool of the sea, Italian cuisine has successfully harmonized the contrasts (hot mozzarella, melted associated with the fresh flavor of tomatoes, green lemon and aromatic herbs that create the distinctive Italian taste).
Sophisticated, but quick, "la cucina italiana" is a tribute to health, life and beauty and above all it’s the symbol of passion. Discover it and it will change your life!

Ingredients:
-chicken breast
-mozzarella
-a few cherry tomatoes
-little olive oil
-a branch of fresh thyme
-dresh basil
-dried oregano
-very little salt
-pepper
-dried garlic and dried chilli (optional)


Wash chicken and then gently beat the chicken. Season it according to preference.


Preheat a little olive oil and give it a little flavor (is optional, but will give a more authentic touch to the food). So add a little chilli and garlic into oil and be careful not to burn them.
When oil is hot add chicken breast.


Add fresh thyme (preferably) and cherry tomatoes (some cut in two and other in one piece). You want some juice from the tomatoes to remain in the sauce but also to have several full tomatoes. The tomatoes sweet-refreshing taste will be revealed in the end. This recipe is very simple but the details make it seductive.You can play with it!


Sprinkle oregano over tomatoes while cooking, mix them and turn the meat. Meat doesn’t have to get too fried. It’s enough to be a little cooked.


Sprinkle meat with lime juice (lemon goes) while cooking. This procedure helps rehydrate the meat and at the same time the chicken takes all the flavor from the lemon. Juice from half a lime is enough.


Then turn the meat and slice mozzarella.


Mozzarella slices should not be thin nor thick.


Place the mozzarella on top of the meat and then cover with a lid for a minute until it melts beautifully.


And ready! Turn off fire and place fillets on a stretched plate and decorated with ripe cherry tomatoes and the sauce made with olive oil, lime, tomato and spices.


Be ready to discover the simplicity of good taste!
