  Chicken with apples and champagne sauce

If you want a romantic recipe, quick and very delicious, then choose chicken with apples and champagne sauce. Sophisticated, refined, incredibly aromatic chicken with apples is a recipe "to conquer". It is very simple and the final flavor of this preparation will be delightful. You will not regret if you try it!

Ingredients:
-5 chicken drumstick (or how many you want)
-one sweet apple – a little sour and very flavoured
-150 ml semidry champagne
-salt, pepper and dried chilli
-thyme
-grated orange peel


Wash chicken drumstick, place them in a greased (with oil) pan. Sprinkle chicken drumstick with champagne. Sprinkle spices over chicken drumstick. Cut apple into slices, remove pits and arrange them next to the chicken thighs.


Cover pan with aluminum foil and put it in the hot oven at 180 degrees Celsius.


After about 40 minutes, remove foil and continue to cook until crisp legs.


When chicken thighs brown well remove the pan and let cool to room temperature.


Serve hot with garnish of backed apples and champagne sauce.
