  Chicken breast with mozarella and mushrooms sauce

One of the most delicious and fast chicken breast recipes is the one with mozarella. The combination of chicken steak gratined with fresh mushrooms sauce is very tasty and brings an elegant note to a simple chicken barbeque. It's worth trying, especially for an aniversary dinner, when you want everything to be perfect!


Ingredients:
-4 chicken breast filets
-700 gr of mushrooms
-100 ml liquid sour cream
-100 ml wine
-400 gr mozzarella
-salt, pepper, paprika, 2 cloves of garlic


Prepare the chicken fillets, spice them and let them 20 minutes in cold before frying them. In the meantime, wash and clean the mushrooms and slice them. Warm-up the mushtooms with a spoon of olive oil, together with a clive of minced garlic.


Add the wine. Let the mushrooms boil in their own sauce until the sauce diminishes.


Add the sour cream, mix well and let everything to boil couple of times and the turn off the fire.


If you think the sauce is too thin, then leave everything to boil on the small fire for a bit longer, until you get to the desired sauce consistency or thicken the sauce with a spoon of flour disolved in the sour cream.


Fry the chicken meat for 3 minutes on each side on high fire.


Put the chicken steaks in a tray and cover them with thin slices of mozarella.


Put the tray in the heated oven at 180 degrees until the mozarella melts.


The dish is served hot, with mushrooms sauce and spicy baked potatoes side-dish.
