  Carp in corn crust with mustard sauce

Today we will make a special recipe of carp fillet, delicious and very light. The Fish will get a golden aspect because of the corn flour crust and will be accompanied by a "cocktail" sauce based on mustard. The ideal garnish is very "light": steamed broccoli with lettuce. And the mustard and cream sauce perfectly complements the salad as a dressing.

First wash the carp fillets and leave to drain. Add salt to taste.


Then sprinkle with black pepper, place each one on top of each other and leave them like that for 10 minutes.


Dress the fillets with corn flour, so as to form a thin crust.


Fry them in olive oil over medium heat for a few minutes on each side (2-3).


While the fish fries, make the sauce. Mix 100 ml of liquid cream with a tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of Dijon mustard (with Provencal or simple spices).


Whisk the sauce well.


Remove the fish on absorbent paper, to remove as much oil as possible.

Arrange the salad and broccoli on a plate and place over the crispy carp fillet. Drizzle with sauce.


Now you can serve a dietary and tasty food.
