  Carp fillet with spicy salsa and baked peppers

I recommend this delicious recipe above for any occasion. It is so good that you will definitely repeat. It can be done with perch fillet or other fresh water fish.

The crispy crust, spicy salsa and the mix between baked peppers and vinaigrette and fresh basil create a sublime taste. It is a combination of contrasts (crunchy fish / fine and delicate peppers), of complementary tastes, everything is energized by hot pepper hidden in the spicy sauce and by the fresh, intensely fragrant basil.

This recipe is suitable for a special presentation, so I recommend you "lose" a little time for the aspect and presentation, in order to enhance it more out.

Wash the fish fillets, wipe them off, add them salt and pepper. Let them for 10-20 minutes to take the flavors.


Roll the fish fillets in corn flour and then fry them in olive oil over medium heat.


Remove the fillets on absorbent paper towel and then serve them.


Brush each piece with spicy tomato sauce. Then place in waves the baked peppers (which you've previously mixed with salt, a little oil and vinegar).


Decorate with a bunch of fresh basil.
