  Brownie tart with english cream, white chocolate and marzipan roses "Tart Love Rose"

One of the most delicious declarations of love is ... a heart-shaped tart.
The brownie crust with caramelized nuts, covered with chocolate english cream an topped with white chocolate and petals of marzipan roses will, definetl , sedus the one you love.

Ingredients:
Brownie crust:
-150 gr dark chocolate
-150 gr flour
-3 large eggs
-100 gr sugar (or fructosis)
-150 butter
-vanilla flavour

English cream:
-400 ml milk
-100 ml fluid cream(optional)
-3 egg yolks
-1 tbs vanilla-flavoured sugar
-vanilla flavour
-2 tbs maizena/cornstarch (or flour)
-dark chocolate (optional)
-cinnamom poudre (optional)

Decoration:
-white chocolate
-red marzipan
-sugar hearts


Melt the dark chocolate.



Mix the butter (room temperature) with sugar, until creamy.


Add the eggs, one at the time. Gradually add the flour. Continue mixing .


Add the vanilla flavour. Mix well.


Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture and continue stirring with a spoon.


Add the caramelized nuts.


Pour this brownie mixture into a heart-shaped tray (allready greased and floured). Put the tray into the oven (at 180 Celsius degrees) and bake it for 30 minutes.


Prepare the english cream. Pour the milk and the fluid cream over the remaining melted chocolate (optional, if you want some chocolate flavour) and
bring them to a boil.


Mix well the 3 eggyolks.


Add gradually the hot milk to the eggyolks, strirring.


Pour the egg mixture over the milk mixture. Stir it well. Add the vanilla, sugar, cinnamon and the 2 tbs of cornstarch (diluted in milk). Continue stirring, at low temperature, until it's cooked (becomes a pudding).


English cream should be delicate and shiny.


Let it cool.


When the crust is baked, let it cool at room temperature.


Transfer the crust to a serving plate and cover it with english cream. Top with white chocolate.


Make the marzipan petales by pressing with a spoon. Use your fingers to shape the petals.



Decorate the tart with sugar hearts and marzipan petals.



Chill the tart in the refrigerator until serving.
