  Berries cup with irresistible mascarpone cream

Desserts are the most sensational part of any menu. Because they are served at the end, they crown the dinner, being designed not to feed (because we are no longer hungry), but to spoil the senses, to relax and create a perfect mood for siesta. The role of desert is to provide pleasure both in taste and mood. Therefore, the perfect dessert is not very sweet or with heavy creams hardly digestible.

The perfect dessert should satisfy your eyes, and should be in a small quantity, so it seduces you from the first spoon...! You're relaxed, your brain feels good and you can quietly start the siesta (which many of us overpass).

My dessert suggestion (let's not say perfect dessert) right after a lot of dishes is very simple: fruits cup (berries or any fruit you prefer) and mascarpone cream.
I have chosen for you a quick cream (not more than 5 minutes to prepare), with tender aroma of vanilla, orange liqueur accents, foamy and aerated, which will seductively wrap the aromatic fresh fruit.

Ingredients:
-half a pack of mascarpone cream (about 250 gr)
-200 ml cream for whipped cream
-2 tbsp orange liqueur (I used Cointreau)
-bio vanilla essence
-100 gr fructose (or as desired)
-fresh berries


Stir in the mascarpone and the vanilla essence and liquor.


Whip the cream with fructose. Add it over the mascarpone.


Stir until smooth.


Place some blackberries in a cup. Then a cream layer, raspberries, and so on...


Decorate to taste.
