Salmon is a very healthy fish rich in omega-3 fat acids, ideal for health and elasticity of skin, hair shine. It protects the heart and cardiovascular system; it helps prevent depression, having a beneficial effect on nerve centers. Choose a fish dinner more than 3 times a week and you will see a clear difference both in terms of silhouette, as of health status.
The baked salmon with fresh rosemary, garlic and lemon recipe is one of the most simplest, fast and delicious. And because Christmas lent is approaching (when fish is consumed frequently), I hasten up to help you with as many ideas for the preparation of fish.
Wash the salmon fillets. Stick each piece with a sprig of rosemary. This way it will be very well flavored from the inside and all the meat will be fragrant. Sprinkle salt, pepper to taste.

Squeeze half a lemon directly over fillets, add a few slices of garlic and put the tray in the oven at 180 degrees, for 20 minutes.

When it is lightly browned, it's ready. Salmon shouldn't be prepared for a long time, because it loses its tenderness.

And while it is a dietary recipe, I recommend with steamed or baked vegetables as garnish.

When removing the fish from the oven, you should spray it one more time with fresh lemon juice. It will enhance all the flavors from the salmon.

Chop some fresh parsley (or other favorite greens) and sprinkle when serving.

In the picture, the garnish is made with rosemary baked potatoes and steamed carrots. It goes well with slices of salmon. You can be even more dietary, to only serve lettuce.

Enjoy your meal!
