Royal bream is a delicious fish and this recipe is very simple and very aromatic. Tomato sauce with green olives and capers brings a meridional note to this preparation.
The discreet scent of lemon gives an extra touch of freshness and flavor to the baked bream. It's a perfect recipe for all those who want to quickly cook something easy and delicious, for all those who want to eat healthy and dietetic.
Ingredients:
-a fresh royal bream
-green olives (15-20 pieces)
-3 tablespoons capers
-a lemon
-sauce
-olive oil
-salt, pepper
-herbs (oregano, thyme, basil)
Wash the fish, season fish on both inside and outside with salt and pepper. Grease a pan with olive oil and place bream on middle. Sprinkle the herbs you wish. Squeeze half a lemon over bream.
Add olives and capers. Add half a cup of water in the tray.
Bake at 180 degrees, cover with aluminum foil for the first 20 minutes.
Remove foil and add tomato sauce and leave in oven for another 10 minutes until fish is light brown.
Serve immediately with salad and boiled potatoes or rice.
Enjoy!
