  "Alexander" schnitzel

Schnitzel is a very loved preparation but "Alexander" is designed to be in schnitzel top! Tender slice of chicken with a delicious crust, covered in melted mozzarella cheese (or cheese) and "decorated" with a slice of fresh tomato is ready to pamper you.
Ingredients:
-2 chicken breast
-2 eggs
-4 to 5 tablespoons flour
-bread crumbs (optional)
-cheeze or mozzarella cheese
-2 tomatoes


Wash the chicken, cut it in two, so that you have four thinner slices. Tap each slice, sprinkle some salt and if you want pepper and paprika.


Beat eggs well, add a teaspoon of flour gradually until you get a thick and smooth paste.


Pass each piece of chicken through flour and egg mixture and then put it to fry in hot oil.



Reduce heat to medium and let them be fry on each side until they become slightly brown.


Take chicken schnitzel and place them in a tray. Cover it with thin slices of mozzarella or cheese.


Place the tray in the oven at 180 degrees until cheese melts nicely.


Serve hot with a slice of tomato on top.


As garnish, you can choose baked potatoes or baked potatoes with bacon and onion alongside with cucumber and tomato salad.
